RETURN POLICY
We are confident that you will enjoy the products sold, but in case you do need to return an item, we welcome returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
General Return Policy
• Return Window: Items can be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery for quality issues or malfunctions. Once an order has been placed and production commenced, it cannot be canceled or refunded under any circumstances, including unexpected delays, change of mind, sizing changes, or sudden cancellations.
• Change of Mind Exchange: Items can be exchanged for size, color, or fit issues within 14 days from the date of delivery.
• Store Credit: Instead of exchanging products, you can request store credit for your next purchase. Once we receive your exchange item, we will issue a credit note for repurchase.
• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition with all tags intact.
If you believe an item is defective or damaged, please contact us so we can help resolve the issue.
• Non-Returnable Items: Jewelry and objects other than clothing are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.
• Sale & Gift Card/Store Credit Items: We do not accept returns on sale, promotional items and store credit orders.
• Return shipping: Return/Exchange shipping fees are at the customer’s own expense. Thus, Eimeo doesn’t take responsibility for items lost in return transit. In this unfortunate situation, we will not be able to issue a refund. We recommend you use tracked shipping when returning an item.
• The shipping fee belongs to the shipping carrier which ships the parcel. We only charge the price of the items, so the shipping fee is not included in the refund.
Conditions for a Change of Mind Exchange
Exchanges due to a change of mind will only be accepted if the following criteria are met:
• The product(s) must be in the original packaging, complete (including free gifts), have the original tags/labels attached, and show no signs of major usage (i.e., stains, dirty, damaged, or washed).
• Eimeo holds the final decision on the outcome of your return based on our guidelines.
Conditions Where Change of Mind Exchange is Not Allowed
• Original labels/tags have been removed.
• The product has been tampered with or unauthorized alterations have been made.
• The product was received as a set but returned incomplete.
