Raised amidst the epic natural landscapes of Reunion Island, Kamea’s artistic journey was shaped by the vibrant colors and ocean vistas of her surroundings. Since relocating to Moorea at age 13, she has found inspiration in the island’s breathtaking landscapes, with mountain peaks and azure lagoons providing the backdrop for her creative expression. Drawing from Polynesian pre-European lifestyle and ancient traditions, Kamea’s paintings offer a captivating glimpse into a bygone era of Pacific exploration and cultural richness.
